Church Farm House - Brize Norton

A garden in the grounds of a C17 yeoman farmhouse (not open) designed with seating areas at different levels. Herbaceous borders, rockery, water features and herb garden. Pool enclosure with oleanders and an alpine scree slope. Our tulip tree has flowered once again!

Brize Norton is a Domesday Village in the Cotswolds not far from Burford and Bampton (of Downton Abbey fame).

We have a Norman Church with  interesting features including our crusader knight and  RAF Brize Norton squadron standards. There is a flower festival in the church on the day we open our gardens.

One of our Open Gardens has a listed Dovecote.

We offer a pleasant afternoon for visitors with tea and cakes provided by the church in the Elder Bank Hall and Grange Farm.   There are also two pubs.

Local attractions include Crocodiles of the World.
