EMAIL OR WRITE PICKING UP TOPICS FROM THE DOSSIER - SEE ABOVE

The WODC Cabinet received a report from the Planners at its meeting on 13 March.  The document can be found on the WODC website here

Members of the Action Group attended to make our presence felt.

We continue to write to WODC councillors to influence them in their decisions

1.   JOIN OUR GROUP AT WODC CABINET MEETINGS

Be ready to demonstrate.

Details will be posted

Write to WODC Cabinet Members and bombard them so they can't ignore our views.  In the end they will be the most influential.

The emails for WODC councillors can be found here.  Their address and responsibilities can be found on the WODC website here.  Target ALL councillors (not Macfarlane) especially those who are not familiar with our area, adding noise map from the base which shows higher decibels than allowed for new planning applications!

Emails for the Cabinet Members are as follows:

B J Norton (Leader of the Council) - barry.norton@westoxon.gov.uk
M R Booty (Deputy Leader) - mark.booty@westoxon.gov.uk
